Bivopack is a free web-based platform that allows users to plan bikepacking and hiking trips by creating gear setups, managing a personal gear inventory, calculating weight distribution, and sharing setups with the community. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Certain features require registration via Google OAuth or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account. Bivopack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you create on Bivopack, including gear setups, gear items, bike configurations, descriptions, and uploaded images (collectively, "User Content"). By making User Content public, you grant Bivopack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce such content within the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You must not post content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, or is otherwise objectionable. Bivopack reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
